Our US platform connects patients with NPI-verified, board-certified physicians across 9+ specialties. Every doctor is background-checked via Checkr, verified against the National Practitioner Data Bank, and state-licensed for the patient's location. We don't cut corners on doctor quality — your safety depends on it.

The Technology
WhatsAppMD is built on Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API, with AI triage powered by Anthropic's Claude API, drug safety checks via DrugBank, NPI verification via live NPPES queries, HIPAA-eligible health data storage in AWS HealthLake, and payments via Stripe. Voice notes are transcribed by OpenAI Whisper. Every vendor has a signed Business Associate Agreement.
