Build and scale the core API, WhatsApp webhook handlers, and HIPAA-compliant data infrastructure. Experience with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, and AWS required. HIPAA experience a plus.

Build relationships with ACA marketplace insurers and employer plan administrators. ACA licencing, insurance distribution experience, and existing insurer relationships required.
